“Vanished” star REBECCA GAYHEART does double duty when she revisits her role on “Nip/Tuck,” for an upcoming episode that will air in November sweeps, on which she plays an ex-lover of bad boy Christian Troy (JULIAN McMAHON).

ET’s JANN CARL was on the set and grabbed a one-on-one interview with the brunette beauty, who just happens to be married to “Grey’s Anatomy”’s Dr. McSteamy (ERIC DANE).

“He is so sick of the McSteamy thing that I try not to call him McSteamy too much,” Rebecca tells Jann. “I am having fun teasing him, but I am having more fun watching him on the show. I am so happy for him and proud of him and he looks so great!”

Of course, as ET viewers know, Eric goes to the gym four times a week to keep in shape for his hot towel scenes! “When I am 60, I want to feel like I am 40,” he told us in an earlier interview. “I lift weights and I have a really good trainer. I eat whatever I get my hands on. You could bottle my metabolism and we would all be billionaires. I miss a meal, I lose five pounds.”

Eric, of course, has been making whoopee with KATE WALSH’s character, Addison Shepherd on “Grey’s,” something that Rebecca says she takes in stride.

“I think it is always a little awkward to see your husband kissing another woman, but I know all those girls, and now I watch the show and I watch the characters, so I am,’Yeah, kiss her,’” says the actress, who recently locked lips with EDDIE CIBRIAN on “Vanished.” “It is a little awkward, but we are so used to it and it is what we do, so it is not that big of a deal. I know how uncomfortable and awkward it can be, so I just always assume it is the same for him.”

Rebecca also reveals that Eric doesn’t like to watch his work, so she watches it and critiques him.

“I haven’t had to give him a thumb’s down yet, but if I ever have to, I will do it gently,” she says with a smile. “If I am not going to be honest with him, who will?”
